Bob replies to messages by simple rules, like a tiny chatbot with attitude. The function response receives a phrase hey_bob: return Sure. for a question, Whoa, chill out! for yelling, Calm down, I know what I'm doing! for a yelled question, and Fine. Be that way! for silence. In all other cases, Bob replies with Whatever..
